Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Azzo Software Inc. ("we", "us") handles information on this website and, in general terms, in the apps we publish. Some apps have their own privacy policy, linked from the app and its App Store page; where an app's policy is more specific, it applies to that app.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not collect personal information. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you and to provide support, and we do not sell or share it.

Our apps

Our apps collect only the information they need to work. Depending on the app, this can include account details (such as an email address or Sign in with Apple identifier), content you create in the app, and anonymous diagnostics and usage data used to fix bugs and improve the app. The App Store "App Privacy" section for each app lists exactly what it collects.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our apps (for example, hosting, database and crash-reporting services), only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing lucas@azzosoftware.ca. Apps with accounts also let you delete your account from within the app.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
